FAQ - Frequently asked questions about the store

How long does the delivery take?

We ship daily with DHL, so your order will often be with you the very next day! DHL usually takes 1 to 2 working days. If you order by 10 a.m., we often ship your products the same day. Of course, you will also receive shipment tracking so that you can always keep an eye on your parcel.

Which payment methods do you offer?

With us, you can pay conveniently, securely and quickly. Choose from various options to make your purchase as easy as possible: PayPal, credit card, Klarna invoice purchase, Klarna installment purchase, SEPA bank transfer via Mollie, Klarna Pay Now or Apple Pay. You're guaranteed to find the right payment method and complete your order in just a few clicks!

How does the return process work?

The return or exchange process is simple and straightforward with us. You can return products within 14 days of receipt as long as they are unopened, undamaged and the seal is intact. Simply contact our customer service team, who will help you with the return. As soon as we have received the return, we will refund the purchase price or exchange the product if you wish. Your purchase with us should be worry-free - we are always available to answer your questions!

How high are the shipping costs?

From an order value of €100, we deliver free of charge within Germany. Our flat-rate shipping fee for shipping within Germany is € 6.90. Shipping to other EU countries is charged at € 13.90 and is free of charge for orders over € 150. For shipping to islands, we charge an island surcharge of €15.

Why do some products have different best-before dates and how long can I use them?

The best-before date (BBD) often causes misunderstandings. It indicates until when an unopened product guarantees its full quality and safety under optimum storage conditions. However, it does not mean that the product is automatically unusable or bad once the best-before date has expired.

The decisive factor is the following:

  1. The best before date (BBD): Ideally, the product should be opened by this date. After opening, the second shelf life phase begins.
  2. Shelf life after opening: Once opened, you can safely use the product according to the time indicated on the packaging (e.g. "12M" for 12 months).

Our products are packaged to such a high standard that they are optimally protected by airtight systems such as pump bottles. This not only ensures the freshness of the ingredients, but also minimizes the risk of contamination.

Due to our fast product throughput, the remaining best-before dates vary. But importantly, even if the best before date appears shorter, you can be sure that the quality will not be compromised as long as you open the product by that date and then use it within the specified period. We want you to be able to rely on always having a fresh and safe product in your hands.
