How to order from Switzerland

Do you live in Switzerland or Liechtenstein and would like to order German skincare from us? This works via our partner MeinEinkauf.ch, who handles the customs clearance and delivery for you.

  • Register for free at MeinEinkauf.ch. You receive a personal email address ending in @meineinkauf.ch.
  • Sign in here in the shop with this address. After that you'll see all products and prices.
  • Order as usual and give the address of MeinEinkauf GmbH as billing and delivery address: Maybachstraße 19, D-78467 Konstanz.
  • MeinEinkauf clears and taxes your order and delivers it to your home.

What it costs

In the shop you pay the German final price. To MeinEinkauf you pay a service fee from CHF 17.90 per shipment, due after receiving the goods. This includes customs clearance, postage and all duties; no additional import charges arise for you.

  • The base fee applies to shipments up to 10 kg and 100x60x60 cm.
  • Larger or heavier parcels can trigger surcharges.
  • From the fourth different item, CHF 4.90 is added each. Several identical items don't trigger a surcharge.

How long delivery takes

We ship Monday to Friday. Your order reaches the MeinEinkauf warehouse in about 2 to 3 working days. From there it goes to you fully cleared through customs, another 2 to 3 working days.
