Shipping and delivery

So your skincare reaches you quickly and safely, we ship with DHL, within Germany and to other European countries. All prices include VAT.

Germany

From an order value of 100 € we cover the shipping for you. If your cart is below that, we charge a flat 6.90 €. For deliveries to the German islands, an island surcharge of 15.00 € applies.

Other European countries

From an order value of 150 € we deliver free of shipping costs here too. Below that, the flat shipping rate is 13.90 €.

As a rule, your order is with you within 2 to 3 days after the contract is concluded; with prepayment, from the time of your transfer. There's no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you've ordered several items with different delivery times, we send everything together in one shipment. The longest delivery time among your items then applies.
