So your skincare reaches you quickly and safely, we ship with DHL, within Germany and to other European countries. All prices include VAT.

Germany

From an order value of 100 € we cover the shipping for you. If your cart is below that, we charge a flat 6.90 €.

Other European countries

From an order value of 150 € we deliver free of shipping costs here too. Below that, the flat shipping rate is 13.90 €.

Ordering from Switzerland? We've put together everything about customs and import for you on the page Delivery to Switzerland.

Within Germany, your order usually arrives within 2 to 3 working days of the contract being concluded. Delivery to other EU countries usually takes 3 to 5 working days, depending on the country. There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you've ordered several items with different delivery times, we send everything together in one shipment. The longest delivery time among your items then applies.
