Returns & right of withdrawal

A return should be uncomplicated. Whether we can take a product back depends above all on the seal, which must be intact for hygiene reasons.

• Return possible: the product's original packaging is undamaged and the seal intact. Then we refund the purchase price or exchange the product.
• No return: the seal is opened or removed. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back or exchange such products, even if the packaging is otherwise undamaged. Please don't send them in - we could only dispose of them or return them at your expense.

The outer shipping packaging may well pick up marks on the way back, that's not a problem. What matters is that the product's original packaging and the seal arrive with us undamaged.

We'll confirm the return to you. Then send the products, well padded, to: Dr. Niels Freitag, Industriestraße 154, 50996 Köln. You bear the cost of the return. Please send within 14 days.

As soon as your return arrives with us and everything is in order, we refund the purchase price via the same payment method you paid with.

Independently of this, as a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The legally binding conditions, including for sealed hygiene articles, can be found in the withdrawal policy.
