For products with the label "Shorter BBD", we display the best-before date directly on the product page. This allows you to estimate before purchase whether you will use the product within the period. The general rule is: The BBD for cosmetics is a guarantee date, not an expiry date. After opening, the PAO symbol on the packaging (open jar, e.g., 12M) applies.

Are the discounted products genuine?
Yes. All products in our shop are original goods directly from the manufacturer. We are authorized specialist dealers of ZO Skin Health, iS Clinical, Colorescience, mesoestetic and Cyspera. The reduced price does not change the quality.
What does the 'Shorter BBE' label mean?
This product has a shorter best-before date than usual. The best-before date is stated directly on the product page. The quality is unrestricted - the best-before date is a manufacturer's guarantee date, not an expiry date. After opening, the PAO symbol on the packaging applies (e.g. 12M = 12 months after opening).
Can I exchange reduced items?
Yes. The same return and exchange rights apply as for regular goods. You have 14 days to cancel your order from the date of receipt. The only exception: hygiene products whose seal has been broken.
How do I get notified about new offers?
The fastest way is through our newsletter. We inform subscribers in advance about reduced products. Registration at the bottom of each page or via the homepage.
Are vouchers also valid for reduced products?
Usually yes, unless the voucher is explicitly excluded. In the shopping cart, you will see before purchase if the voucher is applied.
