How long is the voucher valid?
The voucher can be redeemed for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Where can I redeem the voucher?
The voucher can be redeemed in three places:
- Online shop: enter the code at checkout in the field for voucher and discount codes.
- Personal skin consultation (online): our 60-minute online skin consultation (99 €) can be booked with it - simply give the code when booking.
- Skincare studio Cologne: individual treatments and products on site at Industriestr. 154 in Cologne can also be paid for with the voucher.
Can I add a personal dedication?
Yes - the dedication field is directly on this page. Enter the text, buy - the dedication appears on the PDF voucher. If you'd also like to send the voucher directly to someone by email, you can enter a separate message there - but this appears only in the email, not on the voucher itself.
How does the recipient redeem the voucher?
Online: at checkout, enter the code in the field for voucher and discount codes - the value is deducted automatically.
Online skin consultation: give the code when booking, we offset it manually.
Skincare studio Cologne: simply state or show the code on site - we redeem it via the till.
What happens if the order value exceeds the voucher value?
The difference is settled normally via one of the available payment methods.
Is any remaining balance kept after redemption?
Yes. If the order value is below the voucher value, the balance is kept and can be used again with a later order.
What can I buy with the voucher?
The entire range is available - over 130 products from ZO Skin Health, Colorescience, iS Clinical, mesoestetic and Cyspera. The voucher can also be redeemed for our personal online skin consultation (60 min., 99 €) as well as for treatments in the skincare studio Cologne.
