Multi-spectrum protection

This product protects against UVA, UVB and high-energy visible light (blue light). Some formulas also provide infrared-A protection via antioxidant actives.

Function: Sun protection

Hyaluronic acid

A molecule produced by the body that can bind up to 1,000 times its weight in water.

What is the difference from Sheer Matte - apart from the glow?

Sheer Matte is pure sun protection (transparent, mattifying). Shield Glow offers SPF 30 plus glow pigments for subtle radiance plus a slightly tinting effect that evens out the complexion.

How does the glow look - does skin look oily?

The glow is subtle, not glittery. The pearlescent pigments create a gentle shimmer that makes skin look instantly fresher and more radiant. Not oily, not reflecting - more like a healthy flush.

Does this sunscreen protect against blue light?

Yes. Iron oxides (micronised pigments) in the formula block up to 96.7% of blue light (HEV) - which is becoming increasingly important with extended screen time.

Can I wear Shield Glow daily over make-up?

Yes, that is even the ideal use case. Morning: base plus foundation plus Shield Glow once to start. Throughout the day: brush over the existing make-up for SPF reapplication plus glow refresh. No smearing, no streaking.

Instructions for use

For external use only. Do not apply to damaged or injured skin. Avoid eye contact; rinse with water if contact occurs. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if a skin rash develops. Keep out of reach of children. Seek medical advice or contact poison control if swallowed.
Apply generously (2 mg/cm²) and at least 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours, especially after swimming or sweating. Avoid direct sun exposure between 11am-4pm. Wear protective clothing, hat and sunglasses.
