Multi-spectrum protection

This product protects against UVA, UVB and high-energy visible light (blue light). Some formulas also provide infrared-A protection via antioxidant actives.

Function: Sun protection

Hyaluronic acid

A molecule produced by the body that can bind up to 1,000 times its weight in water.

Function: Can intensively supply the skin with moisture, plump up fine lines and strengthen the skin barrier.

Green tea

One of the most powerful plant-based antioxidants - contains polyphenols (EGCG) that neutralise free radicals.

Application

Remove the cap and lightly tap the brush on the bottom to bring the powder into the bristles. Apply in circular motions to face, neck and décolleté.

SPF 30 or SPF 50 Brush-On?

SPF 50 for intense sun and under retinol. SPF 30 for everyday use as a quick top-up. The standard Brush-On Shield SPF 30 works perfectly as a midday reapply over make-up.

Can I apply Brush-On Shield over make-up?

Yes, that is exactly what it is designed for. The fine powder applicator can be swept over foundation and concealer without smearing. Just lightly brush in circles - the SPF stays on top.

What are the special ingredients in Brush-On Shield?

Vitachelox (an antioxidant against environmental pollutants) protects against pollution, while InfraGuard deflects infrared radiation. Both extend the daily protection of the mineral SPF beyond UV into the full spectrum.

Is SPF 30 sufficient for a full day?

Yes, if you reapply Brush-On regularly - every two hours or after sweating and contact with water. SPF 30 filters around 97 percent of UVB rays - enough for everyday use with normal UV exposure.

Can the antimicrobial bristles harm my skin?

No. The antimicrobial properties of the bristles only protect the brush itself - they prevent product contamination, not direct contact with your skin. The bristles are soft and dermatologically tested.

Instructions for use

For external use only. Do not apply to damaged or injured skin. Avoid eye contact; rinse with water if contact occurs. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if a skin rash develops. Keep out of reach of children. Seek medical advice or contact poison control if swallowed.
Apply generously (2 mg/cm²) and at least 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours, especially after swimming or sweating. Avoid direct sun exposure between 11am-4pm. Wear protective clothing, hat and sunglasses.
