Multi-spectrum protection

This product protects against UVA, UVB and high-energy visible light (blue light). Some formulas also provide infrared-A protection via antioxidant actives.

Function: Sun protection

Niacinamide

Vitamin B3 - one of the most versatile actives, working on pores, pigment and the skin barrier.

Function: Can visually minimise pores, ease pigment spots, strengthen the skin barrier and ease redness.

Allantoin

Plant-based active from the comfrey root that can soothe the skin and support cell renewal.

Function: Can ease irritation and redness, supports regeneration and makes the skin softer.

Vitamin E

Fat-soluble antioxidant - protects the cell membranes and works synergistically with vitamin C.

Function: Can neutralise free radicals, strengthen the skin barrier and boost the effect of vitamin C.

Application

Morning as the last step of your skincare routine generously apply to face and neck. The adaptable formula provides medium coverage.

Can be worn alone or under make-up. Reapply every 2 hours in direct sunlight. Water resistant for approx. 40 minutes.

What does Flex mean in Face Shield?

Flex pigments adapt to your skin tone. When blended, the colour merges with the skin. The result is seamless SPF 50 coverage that looks like your own skin.

What is the difference between Face Shield Flex and Natural Finish Foundation?

Face Shield Flex is sun protection with colour; Natural Finish is foundation with sun protection. Flex focuses on SPF 50 with adaptive coverage; Natural Finish focuses on make-up finish with SPF 20 as a bonus.

How do the Flex pigments adapt to my skin tone?

Pigment-adaptive technology uses encapsulated colour molecules that dissolve on contact with the skin and adapt to your individual tone. This makes the shade more personalised than a fixed foundation colour.

Can I use Face Shield Flex as a pure sun protection without coverage?

Possible, but it is designed for visible coverage. If you want pure, invisible SPF 50, use the classic Face Shield SPF 50 instead - same protection, no tint.

How do I apply Face Shield Flex evenly without streaks?

With brush or sponge in thin layers: start with cheeks, then forehead, then nose and chin. Pat briefly to set, then blend the edges with fingertips. The Flex pigments adapt during blending.

Instructions for use

For external use only. Do not apply to damaged or injured skin. Avoid eye contact; rinse with water if contact occurs. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if a skin rash develops. Keep out of reach of children. Seek medical advice or contact poison control if swallowed.
Apply generously (2 mg/cm²) and at least 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours, especially after swimming or sweating. Avoid direct sun exposure between 11am-4pm. Wear protective clothing, hat and sunglasses.
