The most important ingredients
Gentle fruit acid (AHA) that occurs naturally in the skin - exfoliates and provides moisture at the same time.
Function: Can loosen dead skin cells, regulate the pH value and provide the skin with moisture.
Also known as tiger grass - a plant extract with a long tradition in skincare.
Function: Can soothe the skin, strengthen the skin barrier and support skin regeneration.

Can I skip the Neutralize?
No. The Neutralize is not an optional care step but a mandatory part of the Cyspera protocol. It balances the pH that the Intensive temporarily shifts, and calms the skin directly after rinsing.
What happens if I leave the Neutralize on too long?
Nothing problematic. The serum consists of soothing ingredients (centella asiatica, lactic acid, glycerin) - it is not an active that causes harm if it stays on longer. Simply let it absorb and continue your routine.
Can I use the Neutralize in the morning instead of at night?
Yes, but not ideal. The Neutralize is a serum without sun protection - centella and lactic acid together with daylight can cause sensitivity. It was designed to follow the Intensive in the evening routine.
Is the Neutralize a substitute for my regular night cream?
It can reduce the need, but not replace it completely. The Neutralize actively soothes, buffers pH and provides antioxidant support. If your skin needs more moisture at night, apply a light moisturiser on top.
How long before I see results with Cyspera if I follow the protocol?
First improvements (less shine, more even texture): 2 to 4 weeks. Visible brightening with melasma or stronger spots: 8 to 12 weeks with consistent daily use. Full results become clear after 16 weeks - the keratinocyte cycle needs time.
