In the 30-minute video call, one of our skin experts goes through your skin and your routine with you. At the end you have an individual care concept, that is, which products in which order suit your skin.

After the purchase we get in touch within five working days by email. We arrange the topics and an appointment that suits you, and then send you the Zoom link. That way you don't have to be available at fixed times.

A smartphone, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone, plus a stable internet connection. You open the Zoom link from our email in the browser or in the Zoom app. For a good view of your skin, bright, even light helps, ideally daylight.

Yes, we recommend it, but it's not obligatory. If you send us photos of your skin, your questions and your current products before the appointment, we can prepare in a targeted way. That way there's more time in the call for you and your care concept.

The AI skin analysis recognises your skin type from a selfie and suggests products, free and immediately. In the online skin consultation, a real skin expert speaks with you personally for 30 minutes, addresses your questions and puts together your care concept individually.

No. You get your individual care concept regardless of whether you order anything. If you like, we put the suitable products in your cart directly during the call. The decision is entirely yours.
