The most important ingredients
This product protects against UVA and UVB radiation — both key drivers of premature skin ageing and sunburn.
Function: Sun protection
Specialised enzymes from microorganisms and plant extracts that occur in extreme habitats and support the skin in its natural regeneration.
Function: Can accelerate the skin's natural renewal process, so that the skin recovers more quickly from environmental stress.
Fat-soluble antioxidant - protects the cell membranes and works synergistically with vitamin C.

What can Extreme Protect do that a normal SPF cannot?
Three functions in one: SPF 30 sun protection, moisturising care and protection through extremozymes. Instead of just blocking UV rays it also actively repairs UV damage at DNA level.
How much Extreme Protect do I need to apply to get the full SPF protection?
A quantity of about one teaspoon per face application is ideal so that you create a continuous protective layer. Too little SPF means less protection - a common source of error.
Can I apply Extreme Protect under make-up?
Yes, that is even recommended. The physical sunscreen (zinc oxide) provides immediate coverage, so make-up sits cleanly on top. No primer needed - Extreme Protect replaces both steps.
Why does Extreme Protect have no synthetic fragrance even though it smells pleasant?
The pleasant scent comes exclusively from natural actives and plant extracts such as aloe vera, jojoba oil and chamomile. No synthetic fragrance, no alcohol - that makes it particularly skin-friendly.
What are extremozymes and why are they important in sunscreen?
Extremozymes are specially cultivated enzymes from extremophile organisms (living beings that survive under extreme conditions). In the sunscreen they provide an additional layer of protection: they repair UV-induced DNA damage that SPF alone cannot prevent.
