Extremozymes from organisms that survive under extreme conditions - intense heat, UV radiation, drought - are enzymes that repair DNA damage more efficiently than normal cellular enzymes. Applied to the skin they help repair daily UV and environmental damage.
Can I use the Reparative Moisture Emulsion morning and evening?
Yes, absolutely. The emulsion is designed for dual use - both morning and evening. During the day it protects with antioxidants and supports the barrier, at night it supports cell repair.
How long does one tube of Reparative Moisture Emulsion last?
One tube lasts around 2 to 3 months. That is because the emulsion is highly concentrated - you only need a small amount per application. A pea-sized amount for the whole face is typical.
Which skin types does the Reparative Moisture Emulsion suit?
The emulsion is suitable for all skin types - including combination skin. Extremozymes and hyaluronic acid provide moisture without adding oil, making it appropriate for oily, dry and combination skin alike.
What is the difference between extremozymes and normal antioxidants?
Extremozymes are enzymes from extremophile organisms - living beings that survive under extreme heat, UV radiation or salt concentrations. These enzymes repair DNA damage directly. Normal antioxidants (vitamins C and E) neutralise free radicals but do not directly repair DNA.
