The most important ingredients
The most important water-soluble antioxidant of the skin.
Function: Can brighten the complexion, support resilience, ease pigment spots and protect from UV damage.
The only fat-soluble fruit acid (BHA) - can penetrate into the pores, where water-based acids cannot reach.
Function: Can unclog pores, clear blemishes and soothe irritated skin.

Can I do a professional peel at home?
Yes, the Active Peel System is designed for this. It is a multi-step system with peel and neutraliser - similar to a professional treatment but at concentrations that are safe for home use.
Can I use the Active Peel System if my skin is very sensitive?
Yes, that is exactly what it was specifically developed for. The system combines AHA and BHA in formulations that are gentler than professional peels - but still effective enough for visible results.
What is the difference between this system and a chemical peel at the dermatologist's?
Professional peels use higher concentrations and stronger acids (often 30 to 70% acid) because the doctor monitors the application. The Active Peel System uses lower concentrations (safe for home use) with a neutraliser for control. Less intensive, but suitable for regular use.
How long until I see results with enlarged pores?
The first improvements you usually notice after 2 to 3 weeks of regular use (every 2 days). That is because AHA and BHA need several cell renewal cycles to visibly refine pores.
Can Active Peel be combined with other acids (vitamin C, retinol)?
That is possible but requires good timing. If you peel in the evening (recommended), wait 2 to 3 nights before using other actives (retinol, vitamin C). Too many exfoliating actives simultaneously overloads the barrier.
