For what type of redness is this programme really suitable?
The programme targets redness associated with a weakened skin barrier. That means: redness from dryness, reactivity, after intensive treatments (laser, acids), or rosacea-typical sensitivity - not acute sunburn or allergic reactions.
How long until I see first results?
Soothing and less burning you notice often within 3 to 5 days. Visible reduction in redness typically takes 2 to 4 weeks with consistent use. Barrier repair needs time - the keratinocyte cycle is 4 weeks.
Can I combine this programme with retinol?
Yes, but with care. If your skin is currently irritated and red, start with just the Redness programme for 4 to 6 weeks first. Once the barrier is stable you can cautiously introduce retinol - maximum once per week at first.
Do I need additional sun protection with this programme?
Yes, every day SPF 30 at minimum. Redness and barrier damage make your skin more light-sensitive. UV reinforces inflammation and redness - without sun protection the programme works against a constant headwind.
