The most important ingredients
Vitamin B3 - one of the most versatile actives, working on pores, pigment and the skin barrier.
Function: Can visually minimise pores, ease pigment spots, strengthen the skin barrier and ease redness.
The only fat-soluble fruit acid (BHA) - can penetrate into the pores, where water-based acids cannot reach.
Function: Can unclog pores, clear blemishes and soothe irritated skin.
Gentle fruit acid (AHA) that occurs naturally in the skin - exfoliates and provides moisture at the same time.
Function: Can loosen dead skin cells, regulate the pH value and provide the skin with moisture.
Synthetic amino acid - inhibits pigment formation before it even becomes visible.
Function: Can inhibit melanin production at an early stage and help prevent pigment spots - including hormonal pigmentation.

Do I need both Concentrate and Gel Cream?
The Concentrate is the active ingredient step. The Gel Cream complements it as light care with additional tranexamic acid - both together cover more levels of pigmentation than either alone.
How does the Gel Cream work on the 3 levels of pigment formation?
Tranexamic acid inhibits tyrosinase activity BEFORE melanin production (prevention). Kojic acid blocks DURING melanin synthesis (interruption). The antioxidants in the formula counteract post-inflammatory pigmentation (repair). Three pathways, one product.
Can I apply the Gel Cream only on pigmentation spots or do I have to cover the whole face?
You can apply it precisely on pigmentation spots (targeted) or preventively over the whole area to prevent new spots from forming. Both approaches work - targeted use is more economical.
How long until pigmentation spots visibly brighten?
First results (spots appear slightly less contrasting) after 4 to 6 weeks. Visible fading takes 8 to 12 weeks. Very old or deep spots can take longer - patience and consistent SPF 50+ are essential.
Can I combine Melan Tran3x Gel Cream with vitamin C or retinol?
With vitamin C: yes, vitamin C in the morning (e.g. AOX Ferulic), then Melan Tran3x, then SPF. The synergistic effect is well documented. With retinol: use them on different evenings - both increase cell turnover and together they can over-irritate.
