Can I use Instant Pore Refiner under make-up?
Ideal for this. The serum is lightweight and mattifies the skin, so make-up applies better and pores appear optically minimised. Apply before foundation or tinted moisturiser.
Is Instant Pore Refiner also suitable for dry skin?
Yes, because the formula — despite its mattifying effect — is moisturising. Squalane and jojoba oil prevent drying out, so the serum delivers a matte result without the tight feeling that many mattifying products cause on dry skin.
Why is retinol included in a pore serum?
Because pores can become not only visually but also biologically enlarged — through sun exposure, hormonal changes, and ageing. Retinol and Vitamin A signal the skin to produce collagen, which thickens the skin around pores so they appear smaller. Without this biological component, the effect would remain purely cosmetic and temporary.
